-Billing:
Your card will be charged at the subscription at the time you first subscribe and automatically bill thereafter the first week of each month.
-Shipping:
Kits are shipped the 2nd week of each month. Currently, we ship everything through USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive an email from us with your Shipping Confirmation and USPS Tracking Number. If you did not receive a tracking email from us, please try checking your junk/spam folders. Shipping costs are $3.99 U.S., $6.99 Canada, and $12.99 all other international. (Prices subject to change.)
Customers will also want to allow an additional 1-6 business days for the USPS to process and deliver packages (Applies to US Customers Only). This can vary due to weather, time of year and holidays, and location. Coco and Reno is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail.
-International Shipping: Deliveries can take up to 5-7 weeks for delivery, but can also be delivered in 2-3 weeks. This can vary due to Country location and Customs Processing. Coco and Reno is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail.
Please note that International orders are order at your own risk, we will provide you the tracking number and proof that it shipped but we can not guarantee delivery and will not refund packages lost after they have left the United States.
Our subscriptions are RISK FREE and may be canceled at any time by emailing us. The cancellation will be scheduled for 30 days from the date your email is sent. If for any reason you need to cancel your subscription, please send an email with 'cancellation' in the subject line, to hello@cocoandreno.com. The cancellation will be scheduled for 30 days from the date your email is sent.
Please note: If the next auto bill date of the 1st falls within that 30-day time frame you will be billed and receive one last kit.
We do offer previous dies in our store for a 1 x purchase for just $19.99 while supplies last.
We back our products 100%, but unless the item is somehow defective we do not accept returns. Coco And Reno is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail.
